This project involved the complete transformation of a former derelict shop into a high-quality, modern flat—tailored to meet our client’s needs and executed with care from the ground up.
We began by removing the original patchwork flooring, which was made up of concrete, timber, and even compacted mud. A new, properly insulated concrete slab was installed to create a solid and reliable foundation for the living space.
The property was then fully rewired and replumbed to meet current standards, with a completely new internal layout designed and constructed. We created a new bathroom, a spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and an open-plan kitchen/living area featuring a brand new bespoke kitchen.
The interior was fully finished with new skirtings, architraves, internal doors, and re-plastering throughout. Additional details included bespoke wood cladding and wall panelling, adding warmth and texture to the design.
Externally, we redecorated the entire three-storey building, giving the property a fresh new lease of life and enhancing its curb appeal.
This conversion is a great example of how even the most neglected spaces can be transformed into modern, comfortable homes through expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
