This property was transformed from top to bottom. We installed high-quality porcelain tiles throughout the entire ground floor, adding a sleek and modern finish. To enhance the entrance, we carried out structural works to open up the hallway, creating a brighter and more spacious welcome into the home.
At the rear, we built a striking new extension to accommodate a large orangery, blending beautifully with the existing structure. The outdoor space was also upgraded with detailed landscaping, a bespoke patio, a built-in fire pit, and a contemporary water feature—creating an elegant and functional garden retreat.
Inside, the entire house was re-plastered and fully refurbished with new skirtings, architraves, and doors throughout. We worked closely with an interior designer on built-in furniture, paint schemes, and wallpaper to bring together a cohesive and stylish interior.
A standout feature of the home is a fully custom-built gym, complete with specialist flooring and mirrored wall, providing the client with a dedicated private fitness space.
