Located in the heart of Bookham, our Elmfield project involved the building of a rear extension, with steel works and refurbishment throughout the property.
The refurbishment work was to the existing kitchen, living room, utility room, WC and entrance hall. This involved extensive re-wiring, re-plumbing, floor tiling, laying wooden floors and the building of a fireplace with a stove insert.
In addition, we were involved in landscaping the property and building a patio area to create a great environment for our very happy client.
