Thelland was one of our favourite projects and one we’re happy to showcase. It was an extensive renovation and refurbishment project, which included the installation of a home entertainment system.
The renovation work included structural works to the property, alterations to the bay windows, the building of a new roof, new tile hanging, internal and external decoration, new porch and steps which completely altered the appearance of the property inside and out.
Internally we altered the layout, created a stunning wet room, built a new kitchen, fitted new timber windows, installed under floor heating and new wooden floors throughout the ground floor and built and relocated a new oak staircase. All finished to the highest of standards.
The property was completely re-wired and we needed to allow for an entertainment hub with Wi-Fi access points and ceiling speaker locations, all of which had to be carefully planned out.
Once the internal and external decoration were complete. The end result, which was finished on time, is a stunning home.
