A standout feature of the build is the new rear extension, designed to enhance space and natural light. It includes a striking floating box window that creates a bold architectural statement while framing views of the garden.
We installed a brand new, bespoke kitchen—modern in style and sourced once again from our trusted German manufacturers. Designed in-house by our team, the kitchen perfectly blends clean lines, quality finishes, and intelligent storage to create a sleek, practical space at the heart of the home.
The refurbishment also included a new utility room, fully updated bathrooms, and a new heating system to modern standards. Elegant parquet wooden flooring was laid throughout, adding warmth and timeless character to the interiors.
Extensive internal structural work was carried out to improve the flow and openness of the living spaces, creating a more comfortable and practical layout.
Externally, we landscaped the rear garden with new turfed areas and a bespoke patio, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and providing a perfect setting for entertaining and relaxation.
