This project was a smaller focused renovation for a returning client, enhancing key areas of their home with modern upgrades and refined finishes.
In the living room, we removed the existing flooring and radiators to install a new underfloor heating system, improving both comfort and energy efficiency. The floor was then re-screeded and finished with elegant wood flooring for a warm and contemporary feel.
We also reconfigured the room’s layout by creating a new doorway entrance and blocking up the original one—optimising the flow and function of the space.
In one of the bathrooms, we removed the old shower and screen and replaced them with a fresh new installation, giving the space a clean, updated look.
As always, it was a pleasure to work with this returning client and help them continue to enhance their home, one carefully considered detail at a time.
