The Brambles involved the full-scale renovation of a bungalow.
Having received planning permission, we completely stripped out the property, removing both external and internal walls, thereby doubling the existing floor space.
The extensive renovation, designed to allow for rear and side extensions, included the installation of a large steel structure to accommodate the building of a first-floor loft conversation.
The completed project included many new rooms including a modern master bedroom and en-suite in the loft conversion, where large glass double doors were installed, leading to a new balcony.
A new kitchen, bi-fold doors and windows were fitted. Along with new drainage work, to allow for the second stage of the renovation, which included a driveway and patio with large bi-fold doors.
Our work on this project also included a complete rewiring, an extensive home networking and entertainment system, re-plumbing, the installation of a new boiler system and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
