This project showcases both the craftsmanship and resilience of our team. After completing a full-scale refurbishment of this property in 2019 – 2020 —including structural works, a rear orangery extension, porcelain tiled floors, and detailed landscaping—an unexpected incident brought new challenges. A frozen pipe in the loft burst and caused significant water damage throughout the home.
We were asked by the insurance company to return and restore the property to its former glory—and we did just that, going even further this time to elevate the space with new high-end features.
As part of the reinstatement works, we carried out a complete rewire and replumb of the property. We installed a new bespoke staircase and a state-of-the-art, high-end kitchen tailored to the client’s lifestyle. Intelligent lighting was introduced throughout the home, allowing full control of lighting moods and curtain automation, adding comfort and sophistication.
To ensure year-round comfort, we also installed air conditioning throughout the property. The entire home was re-plastered and re-tiled once again, with new skirtings, doors, wardrobes, wood flooring, and wallpaper bringing every room back to life—this time with even more refinement and attention to detail.
We once again worked closely with the interior designer to coordinate every element, from built-in furniture to colour schemes, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and design.
This project stands as a testament not only to our commitment to quality but also to our ability to handle unexpected setbacks—delivering outstanding results, twice over.
