Oakhurst was a three-phase extension and refurbishment project that involved the building of a large kitchen extension and alterations to the entire ground floor.
Phase one was the creation of a large extension, using steel, which was to be used as a kitchen / living area, plus the building of a new hallway and patio.
Followed closely by phase two, the building of a new utility room, playroom, toilet and snug area. This year long project was completed when we finished phrase three, the exterior decorations to the property bringing this great project to a close.
