Northcote entailed the complete refurbishment of a property to accommodate two double-sided storey extensions, which involved the installation of complex large steel structures on site to facilitate the work.
Produced to a detailed high-end specification, Northcote required meticulous attention to detail with its home networking and distribution of multimedia systems through the house. In addition, an underfloor heating system was installed throughout the house, combined with complex LED downlights that create a stunning ambience for the property.
The detailed specifications were followed through to the five double bedrooms and the precise fixtures required for those, making the project a wonderful example of our property refurbishment skills.
