This project involved a thoughtful renovation to an older property, where we modernised key areas while preserving its original character and charm.
The kitchen area was transformed by removing several internal walls, creating a bright, open-plan space ideal for contemporary living. We removed the existing concrete slab and installed a new one with full insulation and screed, finished with a high-quality wooden floor that complements the home’s traditional feel.
We fitted a beautiful English shaker-style kitchen, complete with a traditional AGA stove, bringing a timeless elegance to the heart of the home.
The heating system was completely upgraded with a new boiler and cylinder, along with traditional radiators installed throughout the property. We also fully refurbished two bathrooms and carried out various alterations across the house to bring tired spaces up to date.
The project was completed with full internal decoration and the installation of bespoke wardrobes throughout, adding practical storage while maintaining a cohesive, classic aesthetic.
