Broome Hall, a Grade II listed mansion dating back to the mid-1700s. More famously known as Oliver Reed’s home, where friends such as Keith Moon and Steve McQueen visited him, it was one of our more unusual projects.

Our client purchased No.1 Broome Hall, a 3-level, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom development and required us to turn around the renovation of the property within a very tight deadline.

Upgrading the Lutron lighting, heating system, and windows in line with Grade II listing requirements, the property required highly specialist skills such as lath and lime plastering, which we were able to provide.

“As always, Sam and his team did a great job in taking care of the work. Nothing is ever a problem and the workers are always friendly and helpful. Great attention to detail and a great finish.

We have been using Sam’s company on and off for 5 years and have always been pleased with the results.”
